Place to stay
If you would like to have your Student Club meetings held at the university, you can reserve a classroom in both Kazy and IZU per these contacts: https://www.ppk.elte.hu/en/content/device-and-room-request.t.35613
The Students’ Union can also provide you a room in Kazy on the basement floor. Here you will find comfortable seating with beanbags and armchairs, and the room also has a projector. If you would like to reserve it, please contact us at kulugy@ppkhok.elte.hu
Communication/ Promoting the event
The SU Communications office is pleased to promote your events on Instagram and Facebook, you can contact them via email: kommunikacio@ppkhok.elte.hu
Posters can be also placed around the building, please bring them to the SU office (Kazy basement, P04), where you can get an official seal on them.
Equipment
You might need a few things for the sessions, and the SU is happy to borrow from its existing collection of equipment. If you need anything, please contact us at this email address: logisztika@ppkhok.elte.hu
