Are you interested in establishing a Student Club, but don’t know how to start?

Place to stay

If you would like to have your Student Club meetings held at the university, you can reserve a classroom in both Kazy and IZU per these contacts:

The Students’ Union can also provide you a room in Kazy on the basement floor. Here you will find comfortable seating with beanbags and armchairs, and the room also has a projector. If you would like to reserve it, please contact us at 


Communication/ Promoting the event

The SU Communications office is pleased to promote your events on Instagram and Facebook, you can contact them via email:

Posters can be also placed around the building, please bring them to the SU office (Kazy basement, P04), where you can get an official seal on them.


You might need a few things for the sessions, and the SU is happy to borrow from its existing collection of equipment. If you need anything, please contact us at this email address:
